CHATHAM CO., GA (WTOC) - The average retail price of gas in Savannah dropped 6.1 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $3.45 per gallon on Sunday, according to SavannahGasPrices.com.

That decrease is more than the national average, which fell fallen 4.2 cents per gallon in the last week to $3.61 per gallon, according to the website.

Prices on Sunday were 81.7 cents per gallon higher than the same day a year earlier and 0.3 cents per gallon lower than a month ago.
