GARDEN CITY, GA (WTOC) - A man showed up at the Master's Inn off Ga. Hwy. 21 in Garden City saying he had been kidnapped.

The man said he had been kidnapped in Charleston and was then forced to ride in the trunk of his taxi cab from until the suspect let him out at the nearby Food Lion in Garden City.

Police are currently looking for the taxi cab to make sure the story adds up.

POOLER, GA (WTOC) - Pooler police are investigating a wallet theft that happened Aug. 17 at the Baldinos on Highway 80.

Ronald James Heyward, the owner of Baldinos, told police that he was on his lunch break and sitting in a booth in the dining area and then went back to work behind the counter.

Heyward realized that he mistakenly left his wallet on the table and returned to find it gone. He reviewed the surveillance footage and saw that a woman and man came into the store.

MIDWAY, GA (WTOC) - Detectives in three different counties are now working together to catch a robber.

The suspect was caught on camera at the subway in Richmond Hill.
