Garden City's Little League Opening Day Parade set for Saturday | Events

GARDEN CITY, GA (WTOC) - The Garden City Little League Opening Day Parade is set for this weekend.

Opening day will begin with a parade at 9 a.m., and led by Garden City Mayor Tennyson Holder and City Council members, followed by the coaches and teammates. The parade starts at the Garden City Recreation Center and ends at Bazemore Park.

After the parade, festivities at the Bazemore Park Baseball Complex will include a complimentary lunch for the teams, and season-opening baseball games.

This event is free and open to the public.
