Flood insurance is crucial in protecting your home during hurricane season.

WTOC spoke with State Farm agent Mike Holland who said you can't add flood coverage during a named storm, but, as soon as the storm passes, you can update your policy.

CHATHAM CO., GA (WTOC) - Do you like sweet potatoes?  

Claude and Stella Thomas, who live in Hudson Hill in Savannah, brought  a sweet potato by WTOC on Tuesday morning.

Their sweet potato patch is out in Monteith off of Georgia 30 in Port Wentworth. Claude said he hasn't dug up anything like this in all his 73 years.
