Garden City offers new online reporting system | News

GARDEN CITY, GA (WTOC) - Garden City residents can now report potholes, graffiti incidents, debris on the street or suspicious behavior using the Garden City website.

The new reporting system allows residents to choose the specific service need and will also allow a user to upload photos or documents to support their service request.

"We want the city's website to serve as a one-stop tool for residents to utilize. People become frustrated when they feel they are getting the run-around," explained City Manager Brian Johnson, in a news release.  "This new service request system will be an excellent way to keep the residents up to date on requests in a convenient way without monopolizing their time."

To report an issue go to www.gardencity-ga.gov/service. Once a request is submitted, the user will be sent an email that allows them to log in and track the progress of their request throughout the process.
